In light of the rapid changes and growing challenges facing the world today, the development of higher education institutions emerges as a fundamental pillar for achieving sustainable development and as an effective means of preparing cadres capable of creativity, critical thinking, and meaningful contributions to nation-building.<\/p>

From this perspective, the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty of Management, Economics, and Business Technology at the Egyptian Russian University strives to foster a culture of quality and embed its principles among all faculty members. This is accomplished by adhering to the standards set by the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education and aligning with the goals of Egypt\u2019s Vision 2030. The unit also plays a vital role in the processes of self-evaluation and continuous development, supporting the achievement of the faculty\u2019s mission and strategic objectives and preparing it for academic accreditation.<\/p>

We believe that quality is not merely an organizational procedure, but rather a culture and a way of life within an educational institution. It demands solidarity, cooperation, and teamwork, all in pursuit of academic excellence and in strengthening the community\u2019s trust in the faculty\u2019s outcomes.<\/p>
