The Egyptian Russian University launches a recruitment forum for graduates of the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Dr. Sherif Fakhry Mohamed Abdel Naby, President of the Egyptian Russian University \u201cERU\u201d, announced that the first recruitment forum for the \u201cFaculty of Oral and Dental Medicine\u201d was launched at the university, and it was entitled as \u201cA LEADING VISION IN DENTAL EDUCATION\u201d and the forum targeted students and graduates of the college and dental faculties in the Egyptian universities, and it succeeded in achieving its goal. The forum witnessed a heavy attendance of students and graduates in addition to the participation of a large number of organizations, institutions and companies which are specialized in the field of oral and dental medicine. The president of the university pointed out that the forum was held with the full support of Dr. Mohamed Kamal Mostafa, the chairman of the Board University trustees.<\/p>

Within the same context, Dr. Khaled Tawfik, the Dean of the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine at the Egyptian Russian University \u201cERU\u201d, added that the first employment forum for the \u201cFaculty of Oral and Dental Medicine\u201d at the university succeeded to provide training opportunities for the students, in addition to providing direct employment opportunities for oral and dental graduates. Moreover, he pointed out that the success of the forum is an incentive to hold an annual “college employment forum” on a regular basis in order to support students and graduates and help them to overcome the difficulties that they may encounter to find suitable training and job opportunities, whether in the local or international market. Such a forum will also avail them to develop their skills and facilitate for them various fields of work.<\/p>

The Dean of the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine at the Egyptian Russian University “ERU” stated that a series of professional and career development sessions were organized with experts and specialists from various fields of “Oral and Dental Sciences”, including heads of companies and human resource managers in order to exchange practical experiences, in addition to holding training sessions and lectures in several areas such as: “management, sales skills, marketing, human resources…etc” by a group of professional trainers; To assist fresh graduates and look for new and prestigious job opportunities, achieve the objective of the forum, and provide suitable job opportunities for each graduate<\/p>

From this perspective, Dr. Ehab Heikal, the General Syndicate of Dentists in Egypt, during his speech at the forum, asserts the importance of the development of dentists\u2019 skills on a regular basis and the enrichment of their knowledge about the current and future labor market requirements of modern technologies for medical devices, and how to launch, develop and enhance their skills. He also explicates that it is essential to follow up the scientific magazines, the latest research, new medical materials and modern devices in the “sciences of oral and dental medicine”, and all the dentists should set goals for themselves to reach until they occupy the highest scientific and practical levels in their field.<\/p>

On the same subject, Dr. Walid Hassan, Head of the Central Department of Dentistry at the Ministry of Health and Population, praised the good organization of the \u201cFaculty of Oral and Dental Medicine\u201d forum at the Egyptian Russian University and the financial, human, infrastructure and technological capabilities that exist inside the university campus, especially in the \u201cFaculty of Oral and Dental Medicine.\u201d Noting that the cooperation and joint agreements will be executed between the College and the Central Department of Dentistry in the Ministry of Health within the next period in order to train college graduates in hospitals and medical centers which are specialized in the field of dentistry affiliating the Ministry; Which in turn will be beneficial to the students and staff members for the academic arena and the scientific research.<\/p>

It is worth to mention that Dr. Khaled Tawfik, the Dean of the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine at the Egyptian Russian University, honored a large number of leaders of \u201cOral and Dental Medicine\u201d in Egypt during the conference and some role models of higher education during the conference, including:<\/p>

– Major General Dr. Rafiq Kamal Gerges Mina, Head of the Dental Department at Al-Galaa Military Hospital.<\/p>

– Major General Doctor Ahmed Amin Moselhi Sayed, Commander of the Specialized Teaching Dental Hospital.<\/p>

– Dr. Ehab Heikal, President of the General Syndicate of Oral and Dental Physicians in Egypt.<\/p>

– Dr. Walid Hassan Mohamed, Head of the Central Department of Dentistry at the Ministry of Health and Population.<\/p>

– Dr. Hisham Ahmed Abdel Nasser, Secretary of the Youth Committee of the Dental Syndicate.<\/p>

The officials and managers of the companies participating in the conference were also honored, for example: “Hayat Dent Company for Dental Implants, Dental Land Center for Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, Shifa Bank, and Director of Al-Razi Company for Medical Services”.<\/p>
