Believing in the role of universities in achieving a comprehensive renaissance, and in pursuit of the university’s strategy to create a unique academic environment capable of positive impact, a symposium was held in cooperation with the Association of Arab Universities, where Prof. Essam Khamis Ibrahim, Vice President of the Egyptian Russian University, a lecture entitled: \u201cThe Road to the \u201cThird, Fourth, Smart and Green Universities “, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Sherif Fakhry, President of the Egyptian Russian University, Prof. Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, Secretary General of the Federation of Arab Universities, and Prof. Dr. El Khamisy, Secretary General of the Federation Assistant Arab Universities, Deans of ERU faculties, a group of professors, assistant staff and students. During the symposium, His Excellency reviewed the concept of the four generations of universities, the priorities of education and scientific research, smart universities, and green universities. The attendees and online participants asked many important questions and inquiries regarding this vital topic.<\/p>
