A team of students from the Faculty of Management, Economics and Business Technology at the Egyptian Russian University wins a competition in the American University in Cairo, called \u201cYoung Leaders Marathon\u201d\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In a big celebration, the American University announced that students from the Faculty of Management, Economics and Business Technology at the Egyptian Russian University won a competition which was organized by the American University in Cairo in cooperation with John Gerhart Center and Americana, especially the human resources track. The competition aimed to select 48 youngsters in order to form 16 teams of students from different faculties in all the Egyptian public and private universities in order to enroll them in workshops so that they can design and implement initiatives to find a solution to three basic hurdles facing Americana in terms of: supply chains, abundance of resources ; especially energy, Improvement of strategies of human resources department, and the eradication of the challenges which may encounter the financial department.
After initial preliminaries, 13 teams were selected at the level of Egyptian public and private universities, including three teams from the students of the Egyptian Russian University ; thereafter, the Egyptian Russian University team won, and it was crowned in the human resources track of the competition in which the students were able to present an implemented strategy for the sake of professional management and standardized administration. Such initiative was virtually implemented to obtain maximum reinforcement and effectiveness across human resources departments throughout Egypt. The students designed an automated solution which would help the human resources team to deal effectively with employee inquiries, address their problems, standardize their requirements , elevate their productivity, and motivate them.
Prof. Dr. Sherif Fakhry, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Tahira Hamia, Dean of the College of Administration and the University Administration, sincerely congratulate students who won \u201cThe Young Leaders Marathon\u201d Competition (Human Resources Track), and they are the following:<\/p>
