An Educational day to develop children's skills in the field of \"information and communication technology\" within the activities of the \"Children's University\" program at the Egyptian Russian University\n\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Within the framework of cooperation with the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology, and under the auspices of Dr. Sherif Fakhry, President of the University, the Egyptian Russian University continues the activities of the study program of the Children\u2019s University, which is one of the procedures for spreading scientific culture and simplifying science, discovering and embracing children\u2019s scientific talents, and selecting and supporting innovators and creators in the early stages of education. The Egyptian Russian University welcomed the children of the fifth and sixth grades on a study day devoted to information and communication technology…… . The activities of this day included a workshop in the university’s computer laboratories.
Where Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Maher Awad, a lecturer at the Department of Communications Engineering, in cooperation with the Children’s University team at the Egyptian Russian University, introduced the students to how to make and design “short films” & \u201ccartoons\u201d using a specialized website, Wixie. The students were trained on the \u300aMicrosoft office\u300b programs, and they did training exercises on each of them. The students were also trained on how to design a web site using the Google site, modify and change it in details, and design all kinds of QR codes of different contents: as writing, photos, or videos, etc.<\/p>
