The Egyptian Russian University receives a student delegation from the Federal Republic of Russia\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Within the framework of student exchange agreements with some Russian universities, and under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sherif Fakhry, President of the University, the Egyptian Russian University is hosting a student delegation from the \u201cFriendship University of Peoples\u201d in Moscow for training in the use of the Arabic language and learning about Egyptian culture and the antiquities of Cairo and its surroundings.
The training program included attending a lecture with students of the Faculty of Management, Economics and Business Technology, in the political science course entitled “The Concept of Power in International Relations”, by Dr. Ahmed Al-Basousi, the lecturer of political sciences at the college. The lecture dealt with defining the concept of power and its characteristics, in addition to the sources of state power, especially tangible sources such as military and economic capabilities, and intangible resources, especially leadership, level of education, culture, and others. The lecture also included an explanation and analysis of the problems facing measuring the power of states. In this context, the lecture differentiated between the quantitative obstacles to measurement on one hand, and other obstacles related to the dynamics, mobility and instability of the sources of state power that are measured according to it on the other hand, in addition to the state of liquidity taking place in the international arena.<\/p>
