Dr. Sherif Fakhry Mohamed Abdel Naby, President of the Egyptian Russian University, announced that (4) researchers from the \u201cFaculty of Artificial Intelligence\u201d at the university obtained an international certificate in \u201cthe fields of data science and artificial intelligence.\u201d This is within the framework of the joint cooperation protocol between the \u201cFaculty of Artificial Intelligence at the Egyptian Russian University and the international company IBM\u201d… indicating that this comes in activation of the university\u2019s role as an educational, research and advisory institution that interacts with the needs of society, supports the \u201cDigital Egypt\u201d strategy and the state\u2019s efforts for digital transformation, and in implementation of the strategy The university is engaged in institutional development and building the capabilities of faculty members, and honing them with practical and international experiences to transfer those experiences to students and enhance their digital culture with the aim of preparing to accommodate digital transformation and sustainability projects, with the full support of Dr. Mohamed Kamal Al-Sayed Mustafa, Chairman of the University\u2019s Board of Trustees.<\/p>

The President of the Egyptian Russian University explained that the researchers who obtained international certificates are: \u201cEngineer Jihan Abdel Wahab, Engineer Ihdaa Osama, Engineer Mona Ahmed, and Engineer Aya Adel,\u201d and they were chosen to receive a course in \u201cthe field of data science and artificial intelligence,\u201d which is considered one of the most important… fields in the contemporary time, and the course was held over two weeks at a rate of (3) training hours per day… indicating that this step comes within the framework of motivating faculty members to communicate effectively and positively with the international community; To hone their skills and gain experience in various technological fields and modern techniques.<\/p>

In the same context, Dr. Hisham Fathi, Dean of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence at the Egyptian Russian University, explained that developing the capabilities of faculty members comes to raise their academic competence in: \u201cteaching responsibilities, research responsibilities, and community service,\u201d which has become a vital matter, and that faculty members obtain Teaching at the university with international certificates is directly reflected in the quality of education and the development of curricula within the university\u2019s college departments. Pointing out that the \u201cField of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence\u201d course at IBM for researchers in the college comes within the protocol for training faculty members from the college; To become IBM Certified Trainers; They then train college students or professionals in the field in the courses held for them at the \u201cIBM Academy\u201d at the university.<\/p>
