Applied Arts at the Egyptian Russian University announces the winning students of the Ministry of Solidarity competition. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Dr. Ezz El-Din Abdel Aziz, Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts at the Egyptian Russian University, announced that within the framework of the Productive Student Initiative launched by the Ministry of Social Solidarity in Egyptian universities, and supervised by its organization, the Campus Solidarity Unit, which aims to support students who own small and micro enterprises, in an effort to empower them economically and to maximize their societal role. 7 students from the college won the best feasibility studies among the best (10) winning studies in the competition at the university. This is due to the excellence of the ideas presented, as they are innovative, inexpensive, implementable and scientifically logical, and provide added value to society, the user and the target market for the product. Noting that the students\u2019 participation in the competition was sponsored by Dr. Sherif Fakhry Mohamed Abdel Nabi, President of the University, and they were honored during the \u201cTowards Active Youth\u201d celebration by Dr. Salah Hashem, advisor to the Ministry of Social Solidarity for Social Policies and General Coordinator of Social Solidarity Units in Egyptian Universities.<\/p>

The Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts at the Egyptian Russian University added that the winning students in the competition from the college are:<\/p>

1- Student Ibrahim Hatem Ibrahim, project \u201cNails production machine\u201d.<\/p>

2- Student Shahad Imad Abdel-Hay, project: \u201cClothes brand for people with special needs.\u201d<\/p>

3- Student Radwa Ibrahim Shafiq, project: \u201cPot Planted from Glass.\u201d<\/p>

4- Student Rawan Muhammad Ibrahim, project \u201cPot Planted from Glass\u201d, a joint study.<\/p>

5- Student Rana Amr Soliman, project \u201cElita Engineering Drawing Table\u201d, joint study.<\/p>

6- Student Radwa Ibrahim Shafiq, project \u201cElita Engineering Drawing Table\u201d, joint study.<\/p>

7- Student Ashraqat Tariq Youssef, project \u201cPaper Recycling\u201d.<\/p>

Dr. Ezz El-Din Abdel Aziz confirmed that the college is working to develop academic and personal skills and raise students\u2019 capabilities with the aim of empowering them in the fields of applied and visual arts and modern technology and serving the increasing demand for these skills in the \u201clocal, regional, and global\u201d labor market after graduation… pointing out that The university administration pays great attention to students\u2019 graduation projects with the aim of stimulating creativity, spreading the culture of innovation, transferring knowledge, acquiring and transferring skills among them, and localizing their entrepreneurial thinking. These projects are implemented on campus.<\/p>

The Dean of the Faculty of Applied Arts at the Egyptian Russian University stated that several training lectures and workshops were held for students to prepare feasibility studies, and some studies were presented and those studies were presented to a jury from the Solidarity Unit at the university, and Dr. Hossam Shehata, a doctor at the Faculty of Administration, Economics and Business Technology, adding that feasibility studies are approved and also acceptance of the winning students in the initiative, whose prize is estimated at 10 to 15 thousand pounds, a celebration will be held and the students will be honored and the sum of money will be handed over to them from the Ministry of Social Solidarity.<\/p>
