Students and health enthusiasts from various parts of the university and the local community attended this event. The aim of this activity is to raise awareness about the importance of these nutritional elements in supporting digestive health and boosting immunity.<br \/>Students provided practical information to visitors on how to choose foods rich in probiotics and prebiotics and how to use them correctly. The activity included innovative educational presentations, as well as the distribution of awareness materials and informative brochures inside and outside the university, encouraging the adoption of a healthy lifestyle.
