Part of the activities of the third day of the Startup Olympiad second phase at the Egyptian Russian University<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

In continuation of the activities of the second phase of the Startup Olympiad at the Egyptian Russian University, on the third day, Dr. Batoul Mahmoud Al-Sayed provided training on the subject of Operation \/ HR Management, which included: Operations Management (production management – quality management – supply chain management – project management – operations analysis – manufacturing techniques – production planning and control – Production schedules – improving production processes) – Human Resource Management (recruitment and selection – employee development – performance management – diversity and inclusion). In the second period, a case study was presented in which students and researchers, participated.
In the evening, online meetings were held that included technical guidance, provided by Dean \/ Vice Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Faculty of Management, Economics and Business Technology.
The activities of the third day were attended by 65 students and 5 researchers.<\/p>
