The Egyptian Russian University participates in the sixth edition of the Arab Youth Leadership Development Program at the University of Sharjah<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Out of keenness to support outstanding students and hone their leadership skills, and under the patronage of Professor \/ Dr. Sherif Fakhry, President of the Egyptian Russian University (ERU), the student \/ Asmaa Mohamed Al-Sayed Baz, from the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence, participated in the activities of the sixth edition of the training program for preparing Arab youth leaders. The program was organized by Leadership Development Institute in cooperation with the Association of Arab Universities, and was hosted by the University of Sharjah during the period from February 16 to 21, 2025, with the participation of 100 students from 18 Arab countries.<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The program included an integrated series of lectures and workshops covering vital topics, namely: leadership skills that are needed for character building, basics of artificial intelligence in entrepreneurship, strategic planning and team building. The program also tackled the entrepreneur journey from zero to the impossible, shedding light on the importance of sustainability in developing leaders and its role in achieving sustainable development.<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The program also included an exhibition of heritage crafts from the participating Arab countries, in addition to a field visit to the Sharjah Academy for Astronomy, Space Sciences and Technology, where the participants learnt about the scientific activities and services provided by the Academy in the field of space and astronomy.<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The students were given the opportunity to express their impressions about the unique experience they had during the program. The student \/ Asmaa Mohamed Al-Sayed Baz expressed her utmost benefit from the valuable training content and the warm welcoming and hospitality they received. She also paid tribute to the program as an ideal platform for exchanging ideas and visions among Arab youth.<\/p>
