Prof. Dr. Sherif Fakhry Mohamed Abdel Nabi, President of the Egyptian Russian University in Cairo, announced that His Excellency Prof. Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, issued Resolution No. \u201c(145) for the year 2021.\u201d Choosing Prof. Dr. Hisham Fathy Ali Hamed, Professor of Electronics and Communications Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering at the Egyptian Russian University and Director of the Center for Quality Assurance of Education at the university, a member of the Communication Research Council and information technology, which is one of the scientific formations in the sector of specific councils at the Academy of Scientific Research and technology of the Ministry of Higher Education.<\/p>

Prof. Dr. Sherif Fakhry, President of the University, congratulated Prof. Dr. Hisham Fathy Ali Hamed for this highly evaluated trust, and expressed his happiness and pride in this achievement, stressing that this choice was the culmination of his scientific excellence and that the Egyptian Russian University is full of many other distinguished scholars and professors who show their achievements In various scientific and research fields, who achieve successes that the university administration and all its employees are pleased with.<\/p>

In the same context, Prof. Hisham Fathy Ali Hamed, Professor of Electronics and Communications Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering at the Egyptian Russian University added that \u201cThe Communications and Information Technology Research Council\u201d is targeted to participate in the scientific and technological renaissance that Egypt is currently witnessing to keep pace with development and follow up on all that is new in “communication sciences and information technology” At the \u201cinternational and regional\u201d level.<\/p>

The Professor of Electronics and Communications Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering at the Egyptian Russian University confirmed that the \u201cResearch Council\u201d Communications and Information Technology” is one of the councils that help in the process of the important transformation in the history of Egypt; Especially in the scientific and technological fields, explaining that the council establishes a strategic thought that is forward-looking the future, bearing in mind the requirements of the times and confronting the challenges facing Egypt in order to achieve the strategic goals that corresponds to the strategy of science, technology and innovation, according to the vision of the state plan in (2030).<\/p>

It is worth noting that Prof. Hisham Fathy Ali Hamed is an advisor to the President of the Egyptian Russian University for Quality and Development Affairs, and he was the former dean of the Faculty of Engineering at Minia University, and he is the Secretary of the Permanent Committee for the promotions of Professors and associate professors “specializing in electronics and communications engineering”, he also worked as a strategic expert in the management of higher education development projects, and he is an auditor in the \u201cNational Authority for Quality Assurance of Education\u201d.<\/p>

It is worthy mentioning that Prof. Hisham Fathy Ali Hamed obtained a \u201cBachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Minya in 1989, MA in Electrical Engineering from Minia University in 1993, Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical engineering from Texas A &m University in the United States and Minya University under the joint supervision system in 1997, then he was appointed as a teaching assistant in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Minia University in 1989, and was promoted there until he became its dean in 2014.\u201d<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
