Launching the activities of the Employment Forum of the Faculty of Engineering at the Egyptian Russian University
Within the framework of the endeavor to provide employment opportunities for graduates, and training opportunities for students in the various academic classes at the Faculty of Engineering, and under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Sherif Fakhry, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Alaa Al-Batsh, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, the activities of the Employment Forum were held for the Departments of Construction Engineering and Architectural Engineering at the University, with the participation of many distinguished companies working in the field of engineering, including the New Egyptian Rural Development Company, Hassan Allam Holding Company, the Arab Contractors Company, Al Hazek Construction Company, Orascom Construction Company, Al Saada Contracting Company, and Mollak Interior Design Company.
The forum was honored by the presence of Mr. Major General, Engineer Amr Abdel Wahab, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the New Egyptian Rural Development Company, Dr. Yasser Moheb, the company’s media advisor, Engineer Mohamed Taher, Director of Business Development at Hassan Allam Holding Company, Engineer Sherif Hamdy Al Shihabi, Director of the Technology Institute of the company The Arab Contractors, Mr. Amr Mohamed Rehan, Director of Human Resources at Al-Hazek Construction Company.
The forum was supervised by Prof. Fatma Shaltout, Head of the Construction Engineering Department, and Prof. Dr. Faten Labib, Head of the Architectural Engineering Department, Dr. Vineas Fayed, Dr. Hany Ragab, and Dr. Ahmed Samir Zaki. The forum witnessed a large presence of students and university graduates, who expressed their happiness at the presence of major companies with them in the forum and the opportunities for cooperation in the field of work and training provided to them.
