Within the activities of the Children’s University Program, the Egyptian Russian University held the “Arts Day”. The activities were divided into two phases, where a simplified content about “abstract art” was studied through (Online Teaching), then the practical application was done in the Egyptian Russian University campus. The content included an explanation of the concept of abstract art, encouraging the student to self-expression through free drawing using different methods and new materials. The children learned how to interpret landscapes and symbolic abstraction, and they got acquainted with some abstract artists and discussed examples of their artwork and the application was to create works of art using watercolors and acrylic colors.
