Under the auspices of Prof. Sherif Fakhry, President of the University; Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ihab Fettouh, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, and under the supervision of the Department of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology, headed by Prof. Afaf Ramadan.. An exhibition of factory devices, for the GMP course, was opened for the fifth year Pharm D students at the Faculty of Pharmacy, where the students displayed a group of devices manufactured using 3D printing technology, with demonstrations being provided to explain how each device operates.

The opening of the exhibition was attended by Prof. Jamil Abdullah, faculty vice dean for student affairs, as well as a group of department and college professors.

The devices were made with the active participation of prof. Amr Shaaban, Professor at the Egyptian Drug Authority and the course lecturer, T.A. Ishaq Al-Qass, & T.A. Mohamed El-Bashlawy.

The attendees praised the high-quality level of the equipment and praised the students, their efforts and excellence, and the efforts made to raise the students’ efficiency which ensures their graduation as distinguished pharmacists in the labor market.
