In the presence of women from Badr City... A seminar to support women's psychological health at the Egyptian Russian University
The Social Solidarity Unit at the Egyptian Russian University organized a seminar entitled “Psychological Support for Women”, in cooperation with the Community Service and Environmental Development Committee at the Faculty of Pharmacy. Dr. Soha Samir, Director of the Psychological Counseling Unit at the Egyptian Russian University, lectured at the seminar.
The seminar included a discussion on the types of psychological stress that women are exposed to and their causes, the consequences of exposure to stress for long periods, the mechanism of support and appropriate psychological support for women, and ways to deal with crises..
The seminar was attended by a group of women working at the university and also a group of women from Badr City who were invited as part of the ongoing activities of the “You Are Fine, Egypt Is Fine” initiative organized by the Faculty of Pharmacy.
The attendees expressed their happiness with the content of the seminar and benefited from the discussion and answering their questions
