In nod to the engineering effort expended in establishing national projects, a group of 200 students from the Faculty of Engineering at the Egyptian Russian University made a scientific trip to the projects of the New Administrative Capital, to visit the advanced engineering ideas. The visit included:
Government District, Al-Fattah Al-Alim Mosque, Christ Cathedral, Towers area, Parliament & The Egyptian flagpole.
