Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Sherif Fakhry, President of the University, the Egyptian Russian University hosts a student delegation from the Peoples’ Friendship University in Moscow for training in the use of the Arabic language and familiarization with the historical places in Cairo and its surroundings. This comes as an activation of student exchange agreements with some Russian universities.
In this context, the training program included attending a lecture with students of the Faculty of Administration, Economics and Business Technology, in the political science course entitled “Studying political phenomena in a scientific way,” by Dr. Ahmed Al-Basousi, political science lecturer at the Egyptian Russian University, in which he addressed the importance of research methods in political science, their types, and how to use these methods, with some examples. He also touched on explaining the difference between a researcher in political science and a journalist, and the way each of them works. In addition to talking about the importance of studying theories in studying political phenomena.

The program also included attending a lecture on “International Economics” entitled “Closed Economy”, in which Prof. Dr. Engy Raouf, assistant professor of economics at the university, gave a lecture, in which she addressed several topics, including: the meaning of a closed economy, and how to determine the general balance in the case of the economy closed, and how to maximize the benefit and profit within this system.
