On April 10, the Egyptian Russian University signed a memorandum of understanding with Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, for cooperation in areas of common interest. It included agreement on study programs granting dual degrees in the field of civil engineering, student exchange, scientific research and community services. The agreement was signed by Dr. Essam Khamis as the university Vice President. On the Russian side, Dr. Vera Galichenkova, Vice President of Moscow State University signed the agreement.
The signing of the agreement was witnessed by Dr. Alaa Al-Batsh, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and a group of university staff members.
