The Egyptian Russian University held a celebration on the occasion of the issuance of the first issue of the Scientific Journal(ERURJ) ERU Research Journal https://erurj. Journals.ekb.eg/. The Journal is a multi-disciplinary quarterly journal issued by the Egyptian Russian University under the umbrella of the Egyptian Knowledge Bank and the Egyptian Academy of Scientific Research. The editorial board of the journal is chaired by Prof. Dr. Sherif Fakhry Abd El-Nabi, president of the Egyptian Russian University. It includes a group of world senior scientists in all specializations in the editors and consultants board. The celebration was attended by prof. Dr. Khaled Al- Dahabi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Housing and Building Research, Prof. Dr. Hisham Mohamed Fawzi, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Zagazig Civil University, Prof. Dr. Hanaa Yousef Ghirardelli’s, professor of Cement Chemistry at the Faculty of Science, Helwan University, and prof. Dr. Dalal Abd El-Rahman Abu El- Ela, professor of pharmaceutical Chemistry at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Ain Shams University, Prof. Dr. Alaa El-Din Hamza, Professor of Pharmacology & Toxicology at the Egyptian Medicines Authority and the deans and faculty members of the various faculties of the Egyptian Russian University. Prof. Dr. Essam Khamis, Vice President of the ERU, reviewed the panorama of scientific research at Egyptian Russian University, explaining its relation with the industry.
The editorial board of the Scientific Journal Prof. Dr. Hanaa Abd El-Rahman, Prof. Dr. Reham Hasan Mekki, Dr. Mohamed Adel Sayed, Dr. Abdullah Mohamed Awad, Dr. Ahmed Ibrahim, and Dr. Saad Samir explained How to send researches on the journal’s website, as well as how to check citation and arbitration of researches because the goal of the journal is to publish high- quality research in all specializations. There are no fees for publishing in order to support researchers to publish valuable Scientific researches.
The first issue of the Journal ERURJ, which was issued in October 2022, includes researches in the fields of construction engineering, medical drugs, pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmaceutical analytical chemistry, microbiology, and pharmaceutical immunology. These researches are consistent with the third, ninth, eleventh, and twelfth goals of the Sustainable Development Goals.
