The Egyptian Russian University Chess Team participated in the activities of the Universities Championship (Championship of the Martyr Ibrahim Al-Rifai, the 50th session), which was held in the covered hall at Menoufia University on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, as part of the tournaments organized by the Egyptian Sports Federation for Universities for the academic year 2022/2023.
The university team consists of:
1) Student / Ibrahim Ayad Ibrahim (Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine).
2) Student / Makarios Abdo Suleiman (Faculty of Pharmacy).
The university team got the ninth rank among (43) public and private universities that participated in the championship activities, and the student / Ibrahim Ayad Ibrahim (Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine) got the eighth rank among (80) students from different universities.
