We are honored to announce the names of the students whose works were accepted to participate in the sixth edition of Nawar Prize for Drawing Competition 2024.

The competition, which was launched from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Egyptian Russian University, included an integrated program to develop mental and technical skills to qualify the participating students technically and intellectually to express their vision of the award theme this year: “Creativity and Resistance – The Palestinian Cause and the Awakening of Consciousness.”
It is noteworthy that the permanent supreme committee of the award consists of: Dr. Ahmed Nowar, founder of the award, Dr. Heba El-Hawary, writer and critic, head of the jury, Dr. Amal Nasr, artist and art critic, Dr. Khaled El-Baghdadi, journalist and art critic, Mohamed Kamal, artist and art critic, Dr. Mustafa Issa, artist and researcher in the aesthetics of visual art, Mai Ahmed Nowar, graphic designer and secretary general of the award. The supreme organizing committee of the award is: Dr. Mohamed Badary, faculty vice dean, Dr. Sherif Shukry, general commissar of the sixth edition, and Nadim Arabi, assistant commissar of the sixth edition.
