The Egyptian Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (EPSF) at the Faculty of Pharmacy- Egyptian Russian University, organized a workshop entitled “Persuasion and Negotiation Skills”. The workshop reviewed the definition of the concept of negotiation, the characteristics of a successful negotiator, the preparation steps for negotiation, its strategies, and persuasion skills.
