Note: the university certificates are equivalent from the Supreme Council of Universities in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

How to apply for the academic year 2022/2023.
First: Students who obtained the Egyptian General Secondary Certificate in class of 2022.
The university accepts students who have the Egyptian General Secondary Certificate and apply online through the following link.

After completing the initial online applying stage, students are selected and accepted according to the minimum level expected to be announced by the Ministry of Higher Education. After the declaration of the accepted students, they should submit the original documents and pay the fees at the university as soon as possible.
Second: students who obtained the Egyptian and Azhar High school Certificates class of 2021:
Applying is direct at the university headquarters with the following documents: High School Certificate + copy of the student’s identity card or passport + birth certificate + copy of the guardian’s identity card and payment of the admission application fees and the first installment of study expenses in case the application requirements are met and the minimum admission to the college is met which the student wishes to join according to the coordination of the previous year.
Third: Students who hold equivalent certificates (Arab and international):
Applying is direct by attending the university headquarters with the following documents: An equivalent Secondary Certificate + a copy of the student’ s identity card or passport + a birth certificate + a copy of the student’s residence in the country of study. Pay the admission application fees and the first installment of tuition fees in case the application requirements are met and the minimum level of admission to the college that the student wishes to join is met.
TRANSFER STUDENTS
Transfer students to university: Students of faculties at other universities and institutions may transfer to the university in accordance with the conditions set by the Supreme Council of Universities, taking into account the achievement of the minimum transfer amount in each college according to the date of obtaining the certificate and the type of qualification.
The student’s cumulative GPA must not be less than (2).
The university Clearing Committee makes a clearing proposal that determines the courses that the applicant has succeeded in and are considered equivalent to the university courses to be presented to the Clearing Committee in the ministry to approve exempting the applicant from studying them at the university.
Steps and procedures for final acceptance
After completing the initial application, students are selected and accepted according to the highest total grades, within the allowed limits of the numbers and percentages, for both High School certificate, Arab and Foreign certificates and the minimum limits expected to be announced by the Ministry of Higher Education.
Documents required after announcing the final admission result:
The original high school diploma or its equivalent*
*The original mechanized birth certificate showing the student’s triple number
*A copy of the student’s national ID card and the guardian’s or passport.
*A bank receipt after obtaining a payment permission from Student Affairs for the value of college expenses
6 recent personal photos. *

* Student shuttle bus service is available for an additional fees depending on the place of residence.
*Supervised housing is available for male and female students for an additional fees.

Documents required to apply for expatriate students
*An amount of 130 dollars is paid as the enrollment application fee. It is paid upon the initial application through a payment permission in any of the branches of the mentioned banks by announcing the details of tuition fees and expenses for expatriate students, and the admission application fees are not refunded in all cases.
* The original high school diploma or its equivalent documented with the logo stamp.
* A copy of the passport for the student and the guardian (and the original for review).
* A copy of the student’s valid residence or entry visa (the original for review).
Original birth certificate authenticated with the logo stamp. *
*A letter of approval from the cultural attaché of the embassy to study at the Egyptian Russian University
*A certificate of enrollment from the university in which he/she is registered for holders of high school or its equivalent before 2022.
*A statement of grades and scientific content for transferred students documented with the seal of the logo.
