The Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine at the Egyptian Russian University participated in the Egyptian Dental Day Conference EDD24, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Khaled Tawfik, Dean of the Faculty and Honorary President of the Conference, and under the supervision of Dr. Ghada Al-Zayat, faculty academic supervisor of the scientific association. The conference activities were organized by the Egyptian Association of Dental Societies (EADS), and with the participation of a number of faculty staff members as lecturers and arbitrators in the official competition for top students at the republic level. A large delegation of students from various academic levels also participated as attendees.

On the sideline of the conference, ERU students participated in the top students competition and won second place in the “Posterior Bridge Preparation” competition, and third place in the “Premolar RCT” and “Setting of Artificial teeth” competitions.
