Confirming the prestigious status of the Huawei Academy at the Egyptian Russian University, and at a distinguished ceremony held at the Creativa Technology Innovation Center, Huawei honored Dr. Tamer Saleh, Executive Director of the Huawei Academy at the Egyptian Russian University and Director of Digital Transformation and E-Learning at the university, after winning the title of Best Global Lecturer (Global Most Valuable Instructor) for 2025. This award is part of the Huawei Academy ICT initiative, which includes thousands of academies and trainers around the world. Engineer Mustafa Gamal, Assistant Lecturer at the College of Artificial Intelligence, was also honored during the ceremony as one of the best trainers in Egypt and holder of the HCIP-AI certification in the field of artificial intelligence.

The ceremony was attended by a selected group of Huawei Egypt leaders, representatives from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, a number of officials from the “Creativa” initiative, representatives of universities and academies participating in Huawei’s educational programs, and a group of faculty members and outstanding students from Huawei ICT competitions.

This honor is the culmination of a career rich in giving and excellence for Dr. Tamer Saleh. Through his position as Executive Director of the Huawei Academy at the Egyptian Russian University, he has contributed to train and qualify hundreds of students on the latest global technologies in the fields of artificial intelligence, the internet of things, digital transformation, and communications networks. He also played a pivotal role in supporting the university’s students’ participation in local and international Huawei competitions, achieving advanced rankings nationally and internationally.

During the ceremony, Huawei representatives praised Dr. Tamer’s significant efforts in developing the technical education system at the Egyptian Russian University, emphasizing that his achievement of this global title is the result of his commitment to applying the highest standards of training and innovation, in line with Huawei’s strategy to support human skills and build the digital capabilities of Egyptian youth.
