In its pursuit of enhancing the educational process and advancing scientific research, and under the patronage of Professor Dr. Alaa El-Batsh, Dean of the Faculty, and Professor Dr. Fatma Shaltout, Head of the Department, the Construction Engineering Department at the Faculty of Engineering organized its annual Scientific Day. The event witnessed a large turnout of faculty members, students, and graduates, in addition to a group of construction specialists.

This Scientific Day reaffirms the department’s vision of preparing qualified engineers equipped with skills in structural design, project management, and sustainable building practices. This is achieved through a curriculum that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, keeping pace with the latest technologies and global trends in the construction sector.

The Scientific Day featured student presentations, research discussions, engineering workshops, recognition of the best graduation projects, and participation from major engineering companies in informational exhibitions.

Faculty members emphasized that the department will continue to support its students and elevate the educational level in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030 and the needs of the local and international job market
