A Glimpse into the Discussion of Communication Engineering Students' Projects at the Egyptian Russian University
As part of encouraging students to engage in scientific research and innovation, and providing them with opportunities to showcase their creative ideas, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Sherif Fakhry, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Alaa El-Batsh, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and Prof. Dr. Shaimaa Mostafa, Head of the Communication Engineering Department, final-year students of the Communication Engineering Department presented their graduation projects for the first semester.
One of the outstanding projects presented by the students focused on improving the utilization of frequency bands in 5G mobile networks, under the supervision of Dr. Mohamed Mostafa, Lecturer in the Communication Engineering Department.
The second project, supervised by Dr. Tamer Saleh, Lecturer in the Communication Engineering Department, addressed the evaluation of security vulnerabilities and the enhancement of cybersecurity, including network security measures.
The discussions concluded with a project that serves the medical sector, titled “An Integrated Health Monitoring System with Telemedicine Capabilities,” supervised by Dr. Mohamed Maher, Lecturer in the department.
Notably, the students’ projects received great appreciation from the evaluation committee, who recommended their participation in local and international competitions, as these projects align with Egypt’s Vision 2030.
