A student at Egyptian Russian University wins first place in "British Council Competition"
Within the framework of the university’s vision to encourage the students to participate in local and international competitions, and in order to reinforce the spirit of cooperation and exchange of experiences among students from different disciplines, Youssef Ayman, a student at the fifth year at the Faculty of Pharmacy, participated in the championship of Educality Organization in 2025, an organization affiliated to the British Council. He managed to win first place in the field of “advocacy” and third place with a team of students from other universities in the field of “advocacy” as well, for his advocacy “Mada” (“Scope”). His advocacy “Mada” aims at empowering educated visually-impaired people in the labor market within Nasr City and Settlement areas.
He participated in this advocacy alongside three young leaders, whereas they worked together to develop strategies for supporting people with visual impairments and empowering them to achieve their professional ambitions.
