Within the framework of the Egyptian Russian University’s strategy, and in confirmation of its commitment to preparing a generation of distinguished graduates who are capable of creativity and contributing to the development of society, Professor / Dr. Sherif Fakhry, the ERU President and Mr. Abd-el-Fattah Al-Gebaly, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Media Production City, both signed a cooperation protocol between the two parties. The event took place in the presence of Professor / Dr. Mohamed Oraby – Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Professor / Dr. Adel Abd-el-Ghaffar, President of the International Academy of Engineering and Media Sciences, in addition to prominent faculty members at the ERU and a number of leaders from the Media Production City.  The protocol aims at supporting academic programs and practical training for the students of the Faculty of Fine Arts as well as those of the university’s other faculties.

      This agreement comes to enhance ties with major institutions in the fields of media, engineering, management and arts, and to provide the students with the practical skills which are necessary to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market.

     Mr. Abd-el-Fattah Al-Gebaly, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Media Production City, welcomed this cooperation since it represents an opportunity for developing the Egyptian media sector through preparing a new generation of qualified and creative young people. He also pointed out that the Media Production City offers the most modern facilities and technologies in the fields of media artistic production. He added that the Media Production City, thus, is ready to provide full support to the ERU’s students to make the most of this protocol.

    Through this cooperation, the Egyptian Russian University and the Media Production City continue their journey in supporting innovative education and reinforcing the students’ practical experience, which in turn contributes to developing competencies and qualifying young cadres who can meet the constantly changing needs of the labor market.
