In line with its commitment to supporting university sports and fostering a competitive spirit among students, the Egyptian Russian University (ERU) Girl’s 3×3 basketball team participated in the 53rd Al-Shaheed Al-Rifai University League. The tournament was held at the Capital University courts (formerly Helwan), organized by the Egyptian Universities Sports Federation.
The university was represented by a distinguished team of students from various faculties, reflecting ERU’s dedication to balancing academic excellence with athletic achievement. The team members are:
• Kenzy Mohamed Hamdy (Faculty of Al-Alsun).
• Jana Mohamed Rashad (Faculty of Fine Arts).
• Maryam Talaat El-Sayed (Faculty of Management, Economics and Business Technology).
• Yara Saleh Abdel-Zahir (Faculty of Engineering).
This participation is part of the Egyptian Russian University’s strategic plan to enhance student activities and develop both physical and mental skills by competing in major Egyptian university championships.
