EPSF Students of ERU Faculty of Pharmacy Organising a comprehensive medical convoy at Shobak Basta, Zagazig , Sharqia.
As part of the university commitment to fulfilling its role and social responsibility, and under the patronage of Professor Mohamed Ehab Fattouh, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (EPSF-ERU) organized a comprehensive medical convoy in the village of Shobak Basta, Zagazig , in Sharqia Governorate. This is part of its ongoing efforts to reach the most remote areas of the Egyptian countryside and provide comprehensive medical services to the residents of the villages most in need.
The convoy included all necessary examinations, services, consultations, and the provision of necessary medications. The convoy provided assistance to 187 patients. A number of doctors from Sharqia Governorate participated in the convoy, representing various specialties. The convoy also included the distribution of blankets to the village’s most needy families, an initiative aimed at supporting them during the winter season. Thanks to the good coordination and organization, the villagers expressed their great happiness with this convoy, and the village officials emphasized the importance of such activities, praising these efforts.
