In a new academic and international milestone, Eng. Abdel Fattah Ayman, Teaching Assistant in the Business Technology Department at the Faculty of Management, Economics, and Business Technology at the Egyptian Russian University (ERU), participated in the 4th Global Youth Forum. The event was hosted by Chuo University in Tokyo, Japan, from March 5th to 7th, 2026.
This participation was fueled by the direct support and encouragement of Prof. Dr. Al-Tahra Hameeya, Dean of the Faculty, as part of the university’s strategy to empower young cadres to engage with global academic platforms and exchange international expertise.

T. A. Abdel Fattah Ayman’s contribution went beyond mere attendance; he was selected as the Leader of the First Team at the forum. In this role, he moderated discussions and drafted final recommendations alongside youth representatives from around the world. These recommendations carry significant weight, as they are scheduled to be officially presented at the 15th United Nations Congress in Abu Dhabi later in 2026, which will be attended by Ministers of Justice from across the globe.

The forum was Jointly organized by the Ministry of Justice of Japan and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), and focused on:
