The President of the Egyptian Russian University explained that this comes to activate the role of the university as an educational, research and advisory institution that interacts with the needs of society, supports the “Digital Egypt” strategy, and the state’s efforts for digital transformation, and implements the university’s strategy in institutional development and building the capabilities of (students), refining them with practical and international experiences and enhancing their digital culture with the aim of preparing to accommodate digital transformation and sustainability projects.

In the same context, Dr. Hesham Fathy, Dean of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence at the Egyptian Russian University, confirmed that students were trained in the field of “Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning”, which is one of the most important fields in the contemporary era, and the course was held over two weeks at a rate of (3) training hours per day at the college. He pointed out that this step comes within the framework of motivating students to communicate effectively and positively with the international community to hone their skills and gain experience in various technological fields and modern technologies.

The Dean of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence at the Egyptian Russian University added that obtaining these international certificates in cooperation with major international companies comes within the framework of seeking to prepare a distinguished graduate who can face the unprecedented challenges in the labor market in light of the rapid technological developments, Revealing that the university administration provides the necessary training courses to raise the capabilities of students in various fields, especially the field of artificial intelligence.

For his part, Dr. Sameh Zarif, Head of the Artificial Intelligence Department and Supervisor of the IBM Academy at the Egyptian Russian University, said that developing students’ capabilities and raising their practical efficiency; It is to keep pace with the local and international labor market, which has become vital. adding that students at the university obtaining international certificates is directly reflected in the quality of education and the development of curricula within the university’s college departments.

The supervisor of the IBM Academy at the Egyptian Russian University indicated that training students in the field of “Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning” at the college comes within the protocol of training faculty members from the college; to become certified trainers from IBM, then train college students or professionals in the field in the courses held for them at the IBM Academy at the university, explaining that the course included theoretical curricula and practical training on the latest technologies of IBM in the field of “Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning”, and at the end of the training, two tests were conducted for the students from IBM and two international certificates were awarded to everyone who passed the test.. directing thanks to “Engineer Aya Adel, a teaching assistant at the college”, who trained the students.
