The second day of the blood donation campaign on campus witnessed a turnout from university students and administrative staff. The university is keen to support these campaigns and host them every semester to promote the values of giving and solidarity, spread the culture of blood donation among students and staff, and build a broad base of donors to provide safe and sufficient blood to save the lives of injured or sick patients in need of blood transfusions in hospitals.
This campaign is held in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Population, represented by the National Blood Transfusion Services in Zagazig.
