THE FACULTY OF ORAL AND DENTAL MEDICINE

The Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine at the Egyptian Russian University aspires to excellence in education and scientific research, to achieve a prestigious position locally and regionally, while contributing to serve and develop community with an adherence to professional ethics.
The Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine at Egyptian Russian University is committed to prepare unique graduates through providing an advanced educational program and conducting scientific research, which in turn serves community and promotes environmental development within an ethical framework.
Core values represent the major standpoint for governing behaviors which are also perceived as the solid foundation to all interactions. To achieve its goals, the faculty has adopted a number of core values that all have committed to and that have acted as a protecting armor against the expected hurdles and risks.   1. Prepare the faculty to obtain institutional accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education.
  2. Develop the skills of faculty members, teaching assistant staff, and employees.
  3. Develop and update faculty’s clinics, laboratories, classrooms, infrastructure, technology, and information systems.
  4. Develop teaching and learning strategies in line with the Egyptian government’s education development policies.
  5. Implement modern evaluation and assessment methods
  6. Develop the skills and motivation of students and graduates in alignment with the changing demands of the job market.
  7. Improve students’ support system
  8. Adhere to professional ethics in the field of oral and dental medicine
  9. Prepare a program for graduates to cope with the requirements of job market and learn continuously
  10. Provide an environment which supports scientific research , foster innovation with an adherence to research ethics
  11. Support scientific research, international publication with incentives for unique researchers
  12. Develop research laboratories and potentials that support scientific research in various disciplines
  13. Begin the preparation of postgraduate bylaw in the faculty
  14. Develop faculty’s role in serving the surrounding community and promoting environmental development
  15. Increase environmental awareness and participate in community issues
