Dr. Marco Fouad Khalil, the assistant teacher at the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine, the Egyptian-Russian University Rovers Official, training delegate and Leadership Development at the Egyptian Boy Scouts Association in Cairo, represented the Arab Republic of Egypt in the Arab meeting for training leaders, which was held by the State of Kuwait from 15 to 23 August 2022. Dr. Marco Fouad presented the university’s shield to Dr. Abdullah Al-Turaiji, the deputy of the Kuwaiti National Assembly and the head of the Arab Scout Parliament, the head of the Kuwaiti Scout Association and the leader Muhammad Ashkanani, the leader of the training of the Kuwaiti scouts, and Mr. Amr Hamdi, the Secretary-General of the Arab Scout Organization, and Mr. Rifaat Al-Sibai, the deputy Regional Director of Educational Methods in the Arab Scout Organization.
