The Faculty of Artificial Intelligence

The Faculty of Artificial Intelligence at the Egyptian Russian University is looking forward to excellence in the field of education and scientific research, to achieve a prominent position locally and internationally, and to develop the information society while adhering to professional ethics.

The Faculty of Artificial Intelligence at the Egyptian Russian University seeks to prepare specialized and distinguished cadres in the field of computers and artificial intelligence, qualified and equipped with educational, research and applied foundations in the field of specialization in line with quality standards in the fields of computers and artificial intelligence and capable of continuous learning and competition in the labor market within a framework of moral values, and to contribute In developing scientific research, local and international cooperation, and effective participation in serving the community and the surrounding environment.

1) Preparing specialists in computers and artificial intelligence as a unique specialization who are qualified with theoretical foundations and application methodologies to qualify them for local, regional and global competition in the development of computer technology and artificial intelligence and its applications.

2) Conducting scientific and applied studies in the field of computers and artificial intelligence, foremost of which are those that have a direct impact on achieving sustainable development and keeping pace with the state's trend towards digital transformation.
3) Providing scientific and technical advice and assistance to bodies and authorities that use computer technology and artificial intelligence and are interested in industry and decision-making.
4) Spreading and deepening awareness in society with the aim of using computer technology and artificial intelligence in the various sectors and institutions of the state, and raising the efficiency of their use.
5) Concluding scientific agreements with corresponding bodies and institutions at the local, regional and global levels with the aim of exchanging opinions and conducting research related to the disciplines of computers and artificial intelligence, providing and supporting the means of publishing and scientific research in various fields of specialization.
6) Spreading awareness of computer technology and artificial intelligence and deepening it in society with the aim of using computer technology and artificial intelligence in the various sectors and institutions of the state, and raising the efficiency of their use.
7) Participation with specialized agencies for the development of software and various smart applications.
8) Continuous development in academic programs and educational systems in line with the requirements of preparing a distinguished and competitive graduate.

The faculty currently, consists of the following departments:

  • Department of Artificial Intelligence.
  • Department of Data Science.
  • Department of Software Engineering .
  • Department of Cyber Security .

Each department is in charge of teaching programs connected with its field of specialization.

The faculty offers the following academic degrees:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security.

Qualifications of the Artificial Intelligence Graduate:

  • Apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and computing concepts in solving computer problems.
  • Identify, formulate and solve computer problems.
  •  Employ the techniques, skills and modern computing tools necessary for practical computing practices.
  • Design computing components, processes and systems to meet the required needs within realistic constraints, taking into account the negative impact of computing solutions on society and the environment.
  • Design and conduct experiments, analyze and interpret data implications.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of contemporary computing issues.
  • Work efficiently within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrate professional responsibilities, ethical, societal and cultural concerns.
  • Realize the need for lifelong self-learning.
  • Manage computing projects subject to economic, environmental and social constraints.
  • Meet the requirements of potential employers.

At the outset, I would like to present my sons and daughters, male and female students of the College of Artificial Intelligence, my sincere congratulations and best wishes, and welcome you all to the faculty of Artificial Intelligence At the Egyptian Russian University, in light of the continuous growth in scientific and technical developments and applications of artificial intelligence in all areas of life. The Egyptian Russian University sought to follow this development by establishing the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in a desire to develop the surrounding environment by graduating a distinguished generation capable of continuous learning and competition in the labor market within a framework of ethical values and to contribute to the development of scientific research, local and international cooperation, and active participation in community service and the surrounding environment. According to the latest skills required by the labor market, and the university administration does not hesitate to provide full support, the college has studied advanced educational programs in the field of artificial intelligence in international and regional universities in line with the general orientation of the state and the university and ended up preparing a distinguished academic program by the specifications of the quality of education approved locally and globally Providing all the unprecedented material and human capabilities by providing qualified scientific cadres able to deliver knowledge properly, the College of Artificial Intelligence offers two academic programs that we constantly seek to develop to obtain a bachelor’s degree in the disciplines: artificial intelligence and data science, my sons’ students and my daughters’ students. And perseverance to walk the path and obtain the lead and confidence in your future with the conscious minds and high values and principles you possess, may God grant you success for the sake of the elevation of this country.
