Students of the Communications Engineering Department - at the Egyptian Russian University on a scientific visit to the electronics factory of the Arab Organization for Industrialization

Within the framework of the constant endeavor to motivate students, develop their abilities, and connect them practically with the industry and its applications, and within the framework of the cooperation protocol concluded between the Egyptian Russian University and the Arab Organization for Industrialization Electronics Factory. The Faculty of Engineering at the Egyptian Russian University organized a scientific field visit to the electronics factory at the Arab Organization for Industrialization, under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Alaa Al-Butsh, Dean of the faculty, and Prof. Dr. Shaimaa Mostafa, Head of the Communications Engineering Department, and prepared by Dr. Tamer Saleh and Dr. Mohamed Maher, lecturers in the department, and under the supervision of the department’s teaching assistants.
During the visit, they were briefed on the latest developments in the local production of electronic devices, and how to manufacture and assemble them. The students also inspected the electronic board manufacturing units, listened to a lecture on the factory’s achievements, and learned about local products such as flashlights, electricity meters, school tablets, screens, and other products. At the end of the day, the students, for their part, expressed the maximum scientific benefit from this visit, hoping for more fruitful cooperation with the Arab Organization for Industrialization.
